EFT for children
I have devoted much of my life to children and families.
Having brought up five of my own with husband, Martin, I worked with babies, mothers and vulnerable families as part of a health visitors’ team in Mid-Devon; and, as a Le Leche breastfeeding counsellor, trained mothers to support and promote breastfeeding in the community.
I was keen, therefore, to explore EFT’s potential with children – and I have found it every bit as effective and remarkable as I expected.
Children respond so well to EFT. They are in the ‘now’ with their emotions and don’t have years of baggage to unpack.
Using EFT with your children is quick, easy and a nurturing thing to do with them. Young children feel their worlds revolve around them, so they sometimes believe they are responsible for what happens in their life – including things like divorce and rows.
Learning this technique, and letting it become a welcome nightly ritual, is liberating for children. It gives them emotional freedom and strength.

Saturday sessions
