About EFT EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a complementary therapy that involves tapping gently on acupuncture points to stimulate the processing and release of blocked emotions. Sometimes issues feel overwhelming and we are scared to talk about them. With EFT, we can focus on the feelings, not necessarily the event, so traumatic experiences can be approached really gently. EFT can also be used to overcome fears, like going to the dentist and public speaking. We work together on the issue and you learn the tapping technique to take away and use when you need it. EFT is particularly effective for emotional conditions, like phobias, grief, trauma and low self-esteem, which when repressed often also express themselves in physical symptoms. To find out more |
